Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Date Fixing Meeting

In accordance with CTT Article 27 (District Council Annual General Meeting) please be advised that the District AGM will be held on the above date and venue.
Please be reminded to pay your Club’s Annual Subscription, before the Meeting, especially if your club are promoting Type A (Open event(s)), or organising a series of Type B (Club Events) during 2025. Alternatively, you can pay your annual subscriptions via the CTT website.
Under CTT Article 7 (Subscriptions & Fees, (CTT Handbok 2024 page 38) ), they should have been paid before 1st October and you will be deemed to have resigned from Membership if you are unpaid on 31 December. Should your club renew their application after 31 December your club will be liable to a rejoining fee of £40 in addition to the annual subscription fee of £50.00. The current CTT advertising fee is £100.00 (incl VAT)

The Date Fixing Meeting for the 2025 Type A (Open) Event Calendar will follow the District Council Meeting.
