I write to give you Notice (CTT Article 10(b)) of the Midland DC Special Meeting. Please ask your club delegates to attend this Meeting. The venue is Wythall House, Silver Street, Birmingham B47 5LZ, commencing at 1900 hours.
They will need to bring them a copy of the various National Council Papers that have been recently issued to you by the National Board of Directors.
This is an important Meeting in the democratic process of our sport. If the District's delegates are to represent the views of the District at the National Council Meeting being held on 03 December 2023, it is important that they receive a full and proper briefing. It is important that your Club is represented and the views of your members are heard.
